Job Description :
Overall Obligation:
The Sales Automation Manager is responsible for the one of the key verticals of the Client i.e., driving automation, reporting & MIS of in market data. Key responsibilities include rollout & continuous drive of DMS, SFA, distributor data reporting & hygiene management.

Responsibilities (non-conclusive):
1. DMS Management -
- Overseeing functioning of the Distributor Management Systems (DMS).
- Ensuring new developments in DMS for improved functionality
- Providing end to end support right from onboarding to daily functioning to channel partners.
2. SFA Implementation:
- Development & implementation of SFA for field force to enhance their productivity.
- Responsible for end to end delivery of BI solution including planning, resourcing, requirements gathering, managing delivery, UAT, rollout and user training
- Engage with business to document business processes & extract requirements. Review, edit and analyze requirements specifications and recommend best IT solutions
- Tracking & reporting Sales, Inventory and Scheme Utilization
- Conduct various training sessions for sales officers to improve their IT capability
- Vendor management & new vendor development
- Team Management
Required Qualification:
- Education: Graduate in IT.
- Degree / Diploma in Business Management
- 4-5 years experience in Sales IT out of which 1-2 yrs should be in sales IT HO role
- PC Know-how: Excellent MS-Office and Power points skills
- Languages: excellent command of spoken and written English
Secrecy:
The incumbent is strictly obliged to keep company-information as a secret, especially after termination of the labor-relation.
Organisation:
The role reports to the S&CM Head, who in turn reports to the Head of Sales.
