Sales Associate - Tech Support - BPO (1-3 yrs)
Candidates need to do troubleshoot on computer, laptops and other devices like printer router and apple devices etc. Candidates needs to understand the issues of the customer and give a resolution to the problems and convince the customer to pay to fix up the issues of the computer, laptops and other devices.
Candidate criteria :
- Candidate need to be experience in Tech Support outbound or inbound.
- Candidate need to know how to close their own calls.
- Candidate need to be flexible for 10 hrs shift with 6 working day.
- Candidate should be fluent in English
