Sales Associate - Student Housing Firm (2-4 yrs)
Looking for Sales Associate for our client Stanza Living based in Delhi.
The brief outline for the BD/Sales role is as follows:
- Understanding and research new markets
- Data collection and analysis
- Helping in defining go to market strategy
So basically the role will involve being on the field and speaking to various people to gather data about existing hostel/PG facilities available in the area, costs related to the facilities and data points which will help to get to the costs related to setting up student housing in that area.
- Also this will help in getting to the pricing of the facility as well.
- This will be the role in non-season area and will also involve direct sales to parents/students during the season.
- Therefore, this role involves BD (with research, data collection and analysis as an integral part) and direct sales during the season.
