KEY Responsible AREA (KRA) :
- Store Operations-second command of the store.
- Staff Training that includes the daily training and weekly and monthly review.
Visual Merchandising : Using the props and display them with required space in store so that it can visualise the store clear and catchy.
Sales Management : top selling, bottom selling, availability of product, cut sizes, find the loop holes from sale can we increased.
Inventory Management & Lose and prevention : daily tracking of SOH Report morning and closing
Day to Day problem Solution of customers : handling customer claim, disputed claim.
Store Display & product Display :
- Daily Sales Report analysis:-this year, last year, comparison with completion data.
- Target vs. Sales achievements. Staff performance tracking there weekly monthly and yearly data of their own.
- Monitoring Sales & inventory. Reasons of sale lose
- KPIs & profitability goals through the effective customer serving. UPT, ATV, ASP, CONVERSION, MULTIES.
