Pre-requisite for all three positions :

- A keen learner

- Excellent communication skills - oral and written

- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus

- Analytical skills to forecast and identify market dynamics and challenges

- Ability to comprehend comprehensive data and analyse it in a critical manner

- Deep understanding of portfolios

- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards

- Adaptable and agile to fast pace and diverse environment

- Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.

Key responsibilities :

- Understand and assess customers- needs and provide assistance and information to choose the best option.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive and timely services

- Pursue conversations with potential customers, explore their expectations, help them understand about our properties we offer and make benefit oriented conversations.

- Provide detailed analysis, comprehensive data and communicate options in a customer-centric manner

- In depth and hands-on information on all projects available for the customer

- Responsible to maintain and develop long lasting relation with clients

- Ensure customer queries are attended successfully

- Remain knowledgeable about latest market dynamics

Sales Associate

- Experience - 0-1 years

- Education - Graduate/ Post graduate any stream except Engineer and MBA

- Compensation - 3 - 4.2 lac per annum

Senior Sales Associate

- Experience - 1-5 years

- Education - Graduate/ Post graduate any stream except Engineer and MBA

- Compensation - 4.3 - 7.8 lac per annum

Sales Manager

- Experience - 5-10 years

- Education - Graduate/ Post graduate any stream except Engineer and MBA

- Compensation - 7.8 - 18 lac per annum
