The company has sales offices in 15 cities from where students can get access to further counseling assistance. The aim is to double the city presence by the end of 2017.

Job Description:

The role of the Sales Associate is among the most important roles in Toppr. As an Sales Associate you are expected to understand the need/requirement of the students and offer the products that would be beneficial to the student. Contribute to the revenue of the organisation through the products that the students have been upgraded too by you. 


- As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.


- The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads and qualifying prospects. 


- Development of best practices for leading successful sales campaigns. Develop a repeatable sales model that ensures consistent success and revenue growth

Basic Requirements :

- Excellent communication skills ( English and Hindi)

- Passionate about Sales

- Self-Motivated

- Goal Driven

- Open to Flexi shifts (Working any 9 hours between 10:00am to 21:00pm)

- Open to Working on weekends (6 days working with work offs only on weekdays)

- Proven sales experience

- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management

- Computer use competency
