Sales Apprentice (0-1 yrs)
Our Sales Apprentice Program is designed to provide hands-on training and mentorship to individuals eager to kickstart their careers in sales.
This program offers :
- Comprehensive training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
- Opportunities to shadow experienced sales professionals and gain practical experience in a supportive environment.
- Ongoing mentorship and guidance to help apprentices develop their skills and achieve their career goals.
Stipend and Incentives :
- Apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of - 18,000 (including DBT) to support them
throughout the apprenticeship.
- Additionally, there will be opportunities to earn incentives based on performance milestones and achievements, up to - 10,000.
Education and Qualifications :
- We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
- 12th Pass/Diploma or any equivalent course
- Enthusiastic and willing to build a career in Sales
- Strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic sales environment
- Proficient in at least one language (Telugu or Hindi) and able to understand all three languages (Telugu, Hindi, and English)
