Job Location : Delhi / Chennai
Job Title : Sales Application Specialist
Main objectives of role :
Primarily supporting the ASM/TSM to maximise growth potential in the territory, by undertaking site surveys, Pre Sales demonstration, end user training, handover to service and follow-ups.
Identifying additional opportunities whilst undertaking their activities.
Principle Accountabilities :
- Responding to fixed and portable sales opportunities as guided by the Area Sales Manager
- Site Surveys
- Assessing the application and customer requirements
- Recommending a solution
- Interfacing with service, EFS and installation contractors
- Sales
- Identifying and developing additional opportunities
- Supporting ASM on proposals and RFQs
- Closing agreed service opportunities - new and renewal
- Undertaking end user training
Person Profile :
- Individual with technical background and working knowledge of Operation Theatre applications and theory
- Has personality to interact positively with prospective customers
- Demonstrates a commercial understanding
- Builds trust, values other, communicates effectively, fosters innovation, focuses on the customer,collaborates with others, solves problems creatively, demonstrates high integrity and embraces new processes and systems
- Demonstrates the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
- Contribute to meeting and exceeding targets
Essential Profile :
- Technical qualification or similar level of experience in Hospital/Operation Theatre and associated applications, with commitment to continued professional development
- Ability to understand technical products with willingness to undertake relevant training
- Ability to plan and manage time efficiently, and demonstrate strong organisational skills
- A high level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel in support of the duties
- Demonstrates commercial acumen
