Sales Agent - International Segment - Travel (1-5 yrs)
Job Description:
- Good knowledge of GDS (Amadeus) / (Sabre) and Airport Codes.
- Capable of converting inbound Sales calls (US / UK Customers).
- Meeting and overachieving their targets while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Agents should know the Geography Airline/Aviation/Travel industry.
- Handling Group Ticketing and Refunds/re-booking of tickets.
- Handling airlines ticket booking mails from both internal & external customers.
- Offering alternative flight & fare solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers' business.
- Amending and canceling flights, processing refunds, re-pricing, making new reservations, and booking hotels and other deals.
- Maintaining a high standard of service for the business and updating customers and suppliers via phone and emails.
- Sell/cross-sell travel-related services (Flights, Hotel, Car, Travel Insurance, Holiday Packages, etc.)
- Experience in-flight sales and international market experience.
Required Candidate profile:
- Must have a minimum of 1-year experience in the US Travel Sales Process (Voice).
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Must have experience on Destination Oriented calls and Generic Calls.
- Excellent Geographical knowledge of the US and UK.
