Job Description:
Agent will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers and provide them information on client's products and services and convince them to buy the product and services over the phone.
Responsibilities :
- Making outbound calls and to offer the products & services to the targeted customers.
- Should be able to update the customer's expectation/queries to the Sales and Delivery team.
- Ability to meet/exceed all revenue goals on a consistent basis.
- Skilled at outbound calling in consultative environment.
- Participate in huddle sessions, share best practices. Working in close tandem with Team Leader & SMEs for an excellent team and process performance
Requirements :
- Zero to 6 months experience in an International sales/Up-selling campaign /international voice process through Phone.
- Candidate should be comfortable working in night shift
- Good English verbal communication skills along with the attitude of customer first approach.
- Basic Computer Skills to capture data correctly.
- Handle customer objections / obstacles & collect information.
- Basic computer knowledge- MS Office familiarity with the internet environment.
