Sales & Advisory Professional - BFSI (3-8 yrs)
Position: Advisory & Sales
Business Division : Private Client Group / Wealth Management / Retail
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- Advising clients on Equity, Derivatives, currency & commodity Markets
- Individually handling clients with the book size of 25 lacs & above (for PCG business)
- Creation of revenue & Activation of clients through effective Advisory
- Cross selling of other products like Mutual fund, PMS, Insurance
- Handling Queries and complaints of client's & solving it within TAT
- Acquiring new clients & retaining the old clients by periodic meetings.
- Profiling clients by conducting in depth review of client's financial requirements, analysing information & recommending portfolios.
- Monitoring & enhancing Advisor's Advising skills through call tracking, weekly targets & meetings, con calls.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate in Any discipline
- Must have 2 to 8 years of relevant experience into Sales & ADVISORY Function of PCG/HNI vertical from stock broking industry
Required Skills :
- In Depth knowledge of Indian Stock market
- Communication skills (English), spoken and written
- Selling skills
- Understanding of the language of business practices
- Software skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
