Started in 2014, our client champions for increased transparency, accountability, and professionalism in Bangalore's real estate space. They specialize in renting, selling, and managing premium residential homes across the region.

The Job

Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to help in developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.

Your responsibilities will include :

- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.

- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.

- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.

- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.

- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.

Ideal Candidate : 

Skills Required :

- You have at least 4 years experience within a Sales (B2C) role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.

- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.

- Experience within Area Sales would be a strong advantage.

- Experience covering High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and Real Estate is strong plus.

- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

- You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
