Job Description:
The Bancassurance Manager works with bank branches to market insurance products by developing connections with employees, delivering product information, and meeting sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sell insurance through the bank's network and meet sales targets.
- Identify potential consumers using the bank's database.
- Develop excellent ties with bank employees and management.
- Train, motivate, and support bank staff in generating leads and closing deals.
- Recommend appropriate insurance policies and offer good service.
- Keep accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions.
Qualification and Experience:
- A graduate degree is required.
- A minimum of two years' experience in sales and marketing in any business.
- Three or more years of residential or native experience.
- A basic understanding of insurance and banking processes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
