Job Description:
The Insurance Advisor is responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of agents, and ensuring adherence to company policies. This role involves recruiting, training, and supporting agents to meet sales targets, while also staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attract and hire agents who meet company standards.
- Provide coaching and training to improve agent performance.
- Develop strategies, track sales goals, and monitor agent progress.
- Build strong relationships, support growth, and encourage loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Ensure agents adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
- Regularly report agent performance and key metrics to senior management.
- Manage incentive programs to motivate and reward agents.
- Build strong connections with clients and partners for growth.
- Work with other departments to align on goals and strategies.
- Develop strategies to improve agent retention and satisfaction.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 2+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in insurance.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
