- Oversee the complete lead management cycle for potential customers.

- Support admissions through invoicing, onboarding, feedback collection, and reporting.

- Build alumni relationships to drive referrals and inside sales.

- Represent the company with professionalism and a focus on exceptional customer service.

Requirement :

- MS office expert

- Decisive, team approach, excellent communication skills

- Customer servicing approach

- Flexibility to work across time zones
