Sales Administrator - Solutions Sales (1-5 yrs)
Overall purpose: Provide admin support to India Sales team
Scope & Responsibilities: Sales support for India sales team. Order management with accuracy and ownership, quote generation, provide full admin support to sales team.
General Sales Administration
- Attending all incoming calls- Sales related, tracking of all incoming and outgoing demo equipment- s, assets.
- Customer registration on CRM
- Tracking of India orders, following up with fulfillment team on ONF's relating to orders, evaluation.
- Prepare Pro- forma Invoice against the order and ensure that the customer is fine with it and coordinate with finance & logistics team to ensure shipping invoice & Commercial Invoice are in tune with customer requirements.
- Arrange courier of the hard copy of the commercial Invoice to the customer.
- Coordinate and Assist Sales team during team meetings and other seminar events.
- Coordinating with customer/sales in sending the customer required demo equipment's with necessary paper work from India office and keeping the track of that.
- Coordinate with local CHA and logistics on any shipment (for Sales team) that comes to India office to ensure all documentations are perfect.
Sales Support to the India Sales Manager & Account Manager.
- Sales administration support to Sales manager & Account Manager.
- Customer Interface - liaising with customers and AM out on the road.
- Administration of India orders received from purchases to loans using CRM. Processing orders (ONFs) from start to finish. Raising contracts, chasing missing paperwork to ensure orders are complete.
- Maintaining CRM database with account or contact details and ensuring that opportunities are correct and up to date.
- Generation of all contracts - Supply Agreements, Test System Evaluation Agreements, Rental- s, Non-Disclosure Agreements - producing all agreements to include the correct product codes, descriptions, product specifications and Addendums. Working closely with the sales person in order to reflect all agreed items on the contracts.
- Generating quotes from CRM on request.
- General administration duties including filing, sending original contracts to customers, keeping copies of contracts on file and on the network.
- Distributing and collating reports for AMs completion/updates requested by Sales Operations.
