- Looking for sales admin with excellent communication skills for IT Reseller & Services company for UK.
Experience : 1-5 years
- Remote work from home in India
Timing : 2 pm to 11pm
Skill checklist :
- Excellent communication skills in English both written & verbal.
- Self motivated and result oriented.
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Typing speed of minimum 30 to 40 words per minute.
Requirements:
- Good working laptop with minimum i5 processor, 8gb to 16gb memory, 512 to 1tb SSD hard drive, external keyboard and mouse and original copy of windows 10 installed with anti virus software.
- Smart Phone with 16gb-32gb
- Monthly plan with service provider for data for mobile.
- Strong internet connection at home.
Job specific :
- Taking customer enquiries on phone from inbound calls.
- Dealing with email enquiries.
- Raising purchase orders and sales orders.
- Price enquiry with suppliers and negotiating prices and quoting customers.
- Data Entry on QuickBooks and excel.
- Office duties as and when required as per requirements.
