Sales Administration Role (4-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
Pre-sales calls :
- Handle incoming inquiries and pre-sales calls, providing information and addressing customer queries to generate interest and qualify leads.
Attendance Confirmation :
- Manage the process of confirming attendance for sales meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Closing Follow-up :
- Assist the sales team in following up with potential customers after meetings or presentations to gauge interest and facilitate the closing of sales opportunities.
Quotation Preparation :
- Prepare accurate and professional quotations in response to customer inquiries or requests, collaborating with the sales team and other departments as needed.
Payment Reminders :
- Monitor payment schedules and send timely reminders to customers, coordinating with the finance department to ensure adherence to payment policies.
Managing Sales Data :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data in CRM software or designated tools, ensuring data integrity and streamlining data entry processes.
Sales Process Optimization :
- Analyse and evaluate existing sales processes, identifying areas for improvement and streamlining workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Sales Analytics and Reporting :
- Gather, analyse, and interpret sales data to generate insights and reports for informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales performance and track progress towards goals.
Sales Systems and Tools Management :
- Manage and optimise sales systems, technologies, and tools, such as CRM software, sales analytics platforms, and sales enablement tools.
- Ensure proper utilisation of sales tools and provide training and support to sales team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Any Bachelor's degree in Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in the field of sales operations, or a similar role.
- Excellent understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of prospects.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and excel.
- Ready To Work on Weekends, must be career-oriented.
