Sales & Admin Coordinator - Restaurant Chain (1-6 yrs)
Position: Sales & Admin Coordinator for a Leading Dine In Restaurant Chain
Job Location: Bangalore

- Work closely with the Regional Operations Manager to ensure smooth functioning of day today activities
- Assist with planning, preparation, and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals
- Review and approve stock and manpower requests from different departments
- Travel Bookings
- Hotel Bookings
- Bridge between vendors and management including Contracts, PO, Invoice, Stock Delivery, Payment
- New Site Visits
- Attend meetings with External Partners - Landlords, Vendors, Consultants on behalf of the company
- Compile and evaluate sales reports of all the branches
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for follow up and closure on leads
- Review Feedback forms / emails and follow up with the guests to address their query / concern
Qualifications:
- Diploma or a Degree
- Working knowledge of a Food and Beverage Outlet
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or employees
- Computer skills - MS Office, Internet
- Must be willing to travel
