- We are looking for a well-spoken sales cum business development representative to help Crewscale in expanding our clientele. You will be primarily responsible for end-to-end sales workflows which include generating potential leads, soliciting potential customers, and closing MQLs & SQLs in a high-performing yet rewarding environment.
Responsibilities :
- Developing sales strategies to attract potential customers.
- Initiating contact with potential customers through Outbound, Inbound efforts.
- Creating lasting relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
- Present product information to customers after identifying their needs.
- Moving the leads through the sales funnel in the Pipedrive CRM.
- Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not convert.
- Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify fresh needs.
- Collaborating with other sales executives & Marketing team to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.
Requirements :
- Any bachelor's degree
- 0-3 years of work experience
- A good attitude & sales vigour.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Good time management and analytical skills.
Interview Process :
- Introductory call to demonstrate your attitude and communication skills
- Small Assignment
- Final interview round/negotiation
- Reference check with past reporting manager
