Direct Sales:
- Responsible for selling of complete Solutions for LCMSMS workflow, systems and services to end-user customers in assigned geographic, territory, industry or accounts.
- Responsible for developing customers satisfaction. Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company across the Business Transactions.
- Proactively acts to understand customer APPLICATION needs and identify Complete workflow based solutions to standard & Non Standard tasks/queries; actively creates business opportunities.
- Determines and develops Strategical approaches to direct or channel sales assignments to achieve quota/strategies.
- Collaborative work Approach with support Functions to achieve the Goals.
- Leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, organizations.
- Strong Skills in Problem Solving ability for varying scope and complexity.
