Sales & Account Manager (5-12 yrs)
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
- Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports
- Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Closed sales has to handed over to operations team
- Account Management- handling various clients & managing relationships
- Handling client escalations & resolving it within TAT
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are implemented.
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Monthly Targets has to be achieved.
- Wide Market coverage.

- Conducting persuasive, effective presentations and demonstration of Adecco services to decision makers (Head-HR/Finance/Operations) of corporate clients.
- Ideally must have 5-9 years experience in corporate/ institutional selling
- Must have excellent contacts with corporate / government institutions.
- He should have a good understanding of how these institutions/ corporates operate.
Essential Desirable :
- Understanding the concepts of customization of the solutions based on the specific needs of the customer's requirements
- Understanding of the decision making process of the concerned institutions
- Ability to understand pricing, and translate this understanding into the negotiation strategy
- Ability to keep abreast of trends in the marketplace, including competition services and strategy
