Job Responsibilities :
1) Assisting customer with quote requests & queries related
2) Backorder management to shorten the order completion cycle
3) Sharing the documentation with customer for the shipments done, co-ordinate with teams in US as required
4) Backup to the sellers in case of PTO or travels
5) Managing the 2nd tier customers & new leads across APAC region
6) Good communication (Written & Spoken) skills since the role will be to interact with customers Internationally.
7) Experience of dealing in Exports will be an added advantage
