Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead - Customer Engagement/Customer Success. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, driving upselling and cross selling of existing and new Products and achieving set revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the IT industry and its products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and executing various product and process levers to increase cross-selling and upselling of products.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and meet or exceed sales targets for the vertical.
- Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, monitoring progress, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to align sales efforts and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Analyze market trends, competitor's activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities, market gaps, and product improvement areas.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the senior management team, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Experience in leading sales team (3-4 Years)
- Proven experience in sales preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse sales team.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and funnel management(CRM).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand and articulate complex SaaS solutions.
- Results-oriented mind-set with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
