Job Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead - Onboarding/training. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of onboarding agents and ensuring that high quality training is provided to the clients hence improving MoM activation numbers and improving customer experience. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication and cognitive skills, a deep understanding of the IT industry and training tools

Key Responsibilities:

- Identifying and executing various product and process levers to impart training to the clients at scale.

- Conceptualising and creating digital content and videos to impart product training.

- Lead and manage a team of trainers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximise their performance and productivity.

- Ensure best practices are followed by the team

- Develop and implement strategies and tactics to drive activation and retention numbers

- Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, monitoring progress, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Work closely with the product team to design onboarding flows on app.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to align training efforts and enhance the overall customer experience.

- Analyse market trends, competitor's activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities, market gaps, and product improvement areas.

- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the senior management team, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

- Hands on experience of creating digital content and videos

- Experience in leading Onboarding/Training teams (4-5 Years)

- Proven experience in training b2b clients preferably in a SaaS environment.

- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage team.

- Strong understanding of processes, techniques, and funnel management(CRM).

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members, clients, and stakeholders

- Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets.

- Quick learner with the ability to understand and articulate complex SaaS solutions.

- Results-oriented mind-set with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
