Job Summary :

- We are looking for a result-driven sales representative with excellent interpersonal skills to seek out actively and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Responsibilities :

- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

- Reach out to leads in line with SalaryBox guidelines and communicate organization's value proposition to prospects

- Pitch, follow-up and close leads with discipline regularly

- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

- Continuously improve through feedback.

Job Requirements :

- Past experience in sales/business development/voice process from B2B industry.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to seek, create, negotiate, and close a deal.

- Customer- centric approach.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and excel.

- Excellent knowledge of MS office and Google Sheets.

- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationship.
