Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to acquire, manage, and grow enterprise client relationships. You will be responsible for lead generation, client onboarding, and revenue growth, ensuring seamless service delivery for our payroll and attendance solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
- Acquire and manage enterprise clients, driving MRR growth.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with key decision makers.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams for seamless execution.
- Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review performance, address any issues, and identify opportunities for growth
- Coordinate the implementation of new clients, including system setup, training, and ongoing support.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in enterprise sales and account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven experience in new sales, client acquisition, account management and customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Knowledge of attendance and payroll processing industry.
- Familiarity with basic CRM software (e.g.,Zoho)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results and service to clients.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client requirements.
- Previous experience in the HR or payroll industry is a plus.
