Job Summary :
- The ideal candidate's day-to-day activities would primarily revolve around assisting customers via phone calls. This involves answering incoming calls promptly and professionally, actively listening to customer concerns, and providing accurate solutions. You'll need to diagnose issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and guide customers through using products or services.
- Efficiently documenting customer interactions and solutions is crucial, as is collaborating with team members and other departments to address complex problems.
- Additionally, you'll participate in ongoing training to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills. Meeting quality and performance metrics, managing your shift effectively, and maintaining a positive attitude while handling customer inquiries are all integral parts of your role.
Responsibilities:
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.
- Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
Requirements
- Candidate must be a graduate.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service is mandatory.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Communication and thought process has to be good.
- Must be comfortable working from the office.
- Must be comfortable with 6 days working with 2 Saturdays Off.
- Must have excellent convincing skills
- Immediate Joiners will be preferred
