Work Days & Timing - 6 days ( 1st & 3rd Saturday Off & 9:30 AM -6:30 PM)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Business Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. As an Inside Sales Business Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, providing consultative solutions to clients, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Generation : Proactively identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.

- Consultative Selling : Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that address their business challenges. Present and demonstrate products/services effectively to prospective clients.

- Sales Process Management : Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

- Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this information to identify new business opportunities and improve sales strategies.

- Goal Achievement : Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Contribute to the overall success of the sales team through collaboration and sharing of best practices.

- Continuous Improvement : Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving sales processes and strategies.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

- Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of inside sales or business consulting experience, preferably in [industry].

Skills :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
