Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently on call.
- Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
- Understand key customer individual needs and address these.
- Know your competition and strategies accordingly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Superior product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in voice process.
- A bachelor's degree in Administration or related field
- Experience of 6 months to 1 years preferably from SAAS background
- Ability to engage customers with latest product features and increase product activity
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficiency with Google sheets.
