Role Description : This role is with one of our portfolio company based out of Gurgaon. This startup is rapidly growing & looking to scale it's team.
Experience : 1- 4 Years
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Reach out to prospective Customers on a regular basis using phone, email, whatsapp and Online/ electronically to close the deal.
- Make / Attend multiple customer query calls everyday to procure business
- Understand requirements of the client over phone
- Update clients about latest camps and courses
- Spearhead the sales procedure
- Assist marketing team by getting the word out
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Should be an expert in closing deals over phone
- Fluent communicator- English
- Quick thinker
- Persistent follow ups
- People skills
- Graduate - compulsory.
