Sai Panchami Developers - Executive - Sales (0-1 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead Engagement :
- Contact potential clients from leads provided through the CRM software.
- Schedule and arrange visits with interested clients to present real estate offerings, such as society and developer sites.
2. Sales Negotiation & Deal Closure :
- Convince potential clients to close deals on real estate properties.
- Where necessary, escalate the client interaction to the team leader or director for finalization if the deal cannot be closed independently.
3. Client Relationship Management :
- Build strong relationships with prospective buyers, offering personalized assistance to meet their real estate needs.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, addressing queries and offering support throughout the buying process.
4. Target Achievement :
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the team leader.
- Provide detailed feedback and reports to the team leader on sales performance, client responses, and market insights.
- Team Leader will provide initial training to new Marketing Executives on company processes, product knowledge, CRM usage, and sales techniques.
