Area Sales Manager
Job Description :
1. Responsible to interact/meet with existing and new pet stores, veterinary doctors within the state with aim of developing a long term business relationship and strengthening the sales systems and process at all levels.
2. Work as a connecting link between the existing distributor network, company and pet stores.
3. Educate and communicate the store manager about all our six major brands and its products, helping them with marketing strategies and placing the right products mix.
4. Ensuring the right product mix display on each store and keeping a regular checks on the products and merchandising.
5. Monitor the market, competition, and customer relationship management.
6. Achieving monthly & quarterly drive business growth across our six major pet treat brands.
7. Give feedback to HO on Competition & Distribution management etc.
Required Candidate Profile:
1. Experience in Sales Field from Veterinary/Pet Food/Pharma/FMCG industry is preferred.
2. Good knowledge about the market, command over English and local language is a must.
3. Age between 25-35 years are preferred.
4. Freshers who are willing to take Sales / Marketing as their career are welcome. Sales Training will be provided.
Salary: 3 Lacs Onwards
