Job Description :

Designation: Zonal Manager

Department: Service

Experience: 6 to 10 years

Location: Delhi

Edu. Qualification: BE/B.Tech - EC/Electrical

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handling customer complaints, troubleshooting technical issues, and visiting customers for warranty or proactive services

- Ensuring the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of products

- Leading a team of city managers to manage service processes, and ensuring dealer performance profit guidelines

- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards, and implementing safety protocols and training for service teams

- Generating detailed reports on service performance, customer satisfaction, and operational metrics

- Managing relationships with external service providers and ensuring their performance aligns with company standards

- Handling escalations, operational issues, quality assurance, and maintenance

Required Candidate profile :

- Proven Work experience on Fiber Laser Cutting Machine, Marking, Welding Machine.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills must be possessed by all service engineers.

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in order to relay the problem and solution to customers and top management.
