Sahajanand Laser Technology - Senior Sales Role (1-4 yrs)
- Accountable to achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual sales for the Area by effective planning and budgeting.
- Responsible to develop business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability within the Region.
- Identifying, qualifying and pursuing business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.
- Identifying new market segments and tap profitable business opportunities.
- Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve product wise targets.
- Responsible for devising marketing programs/ strategies to improve the product awareness and enhance business development.
- Responsible for managing corporate communication, brand image building & product awareness campaigns.
- Responsible to develop new customers.
- Responsible for generating leads and closing the deals timely.
- Responsible for negotiating the best possible deals with the customers.
- Responsible for building and maintaining healthy business relations with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
- Responsible for Interfacing with key influences among Corporate for ascertaining requirements, making presentations and delivering need based product solutions.
- Responsible for ensuring speedy resolution of queries & grievances to maximize client satisfaction levels.
- Responsible for Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
- Ensure timely inputs into the Sales force by Self for recording Sales Activities.
- Attending/ participating/ demonstrating services for events organized by the sales team.
- Responsible to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through effective planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.
- Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, induction and training of the team members.
- Responsible for determining training needs & conducting programs to enhance efficiency in overall operations towards the accomplishment of overall corporate objectives.
- Update and accept new challenges given by Management and bring require improvement in the department.
- Responsible to ensure 100% compliance to Departmental objectives and align jobs of all members to achieve Organization goals.
