Sagenext Infotech LLC - Technical Support /Voice Support Role (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Make outbound calls professionally & present the prospect with company services
- Develop offerings in line with client requirements backed by research.
- Build trust and sustainable relationship with customers through interactive communication.
- Follow communication standard procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Create a pipeline of leads and follow up for conversion of leads to closure.
Key Skills :
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, preferably American accent
- Conversation Skills - The ability to have meaningful conversations.
- Strong convincing skills and Up-Selling Skills
- Strong telephonic etiquettes (verbal & active listening skills).
- Good computer skills, able to work in Microsoft excel, google sheets and CRM's.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Any Graduates with 3 to 6 years- experience.
- Candidates having experience in US BPO process, Tele-calling, US Voice Process, will be preferred
- Should have sales experience in server/software.
