Sagenext Infotech LLC - Technical Sales Executive (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Make outbound calls professionally & present the prospect with Sagenext services
2. Develop offerings in line with client requirements backed by research.
3. Build trust and sustainable relationship with customers through interactive communication.
4. Follow communication standard procedures, guidelines and policies.
5. Create a pipeline of leads and follow up for conversion of leads to closure.
Key Skills :
1. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, preferably American accent
2. Conversation Skills - The ability to have meaningful conversations.
3. Strong convincing skills and Up-Selling Skills
4. Strong telephonic etiquettes (verbal & active listening skills).
5. Good computer skills, able to work in Microsoft excel, google sheets and CRM's.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
1. Any Graduates with 3 to 6 years- experience.
2. Candidates having experience in US BPO process, Tele-calling, US Voice Process, will be preferred.
3. Should have sales experience in server/software.
