- Excellent expertise in Sales for Software/Application sales.
- Arranging business meetings with prospective clients and attending meetings.
- Responsible for Pre-sales, provide trustworthy feedback and after sales support.
- Initiate contact with suspects and prospects, creating initial interest and positioning our products/services.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements aiming at business targets for Account growth.
- Strong Business Proposal writing, slides presentation, MS Excel, and other documents writing skills.
- Perform effective online demos to prospects.
- A positive attitude with good communication and negotiation skills.
- Maintaining strong client relationship and high level of customer service.
- To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time- bound closure.
- To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company.
- Effective coordination with the internal departments for delivery of products/services within agreed time-line.
- Knowledge of lead generation through Cold Calling, Email Marketing & Social networking.
