Sagacious IP - Sales Operations/Business Development Role (2-4 yrs)

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Sr. Executive to join the Sales Operations at Sagacious IP. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing ZOHO CRM and other sales-related tools to support business development efforts. The candidate will collaborate closely with the BD team, ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns and providing valuable insights through meaningful reports. The primary goal will be to optimize the use of sales tools to enhance our business development strategies and drive growth.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Execute Business Development (BD) campaigns :

- Utilize primarily ZOHO CRM and then other related sales tools like autodial tool, Code2, etc., to execute BD campaigns effectively.

- Ensure campaigns are set up correctly, and all required parameters are in place.

- Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.

2. Manage BD campaigns and generate reports:

- Oversee all BD campaigns and ensure their proper functioning.

- Collect and analyze data from ZOHO CRM and other sales tools to generate meaningful reports.

- Provide regular updates and insights to the management team based on the reports.

3. Coordinate with BD teams:

Collaborate with BD teams to understand their goals and objectives.

- Provide guidance and support on using sales tools to achieve BD targets.

- Foster effective communication between BD teams and other relevant stakeholders.

4. Optional, manage document sharing platform (e.g., Paperflite):

- Maintain and manage the document sharing platform to ensure easy access to business collaterals for BD teams.

- Organize and update documents, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.

- Train and onboard new BD team members on using the document sharing platform effectively.

Skills :


1. Proven experience in executing successful business development campaigns using ZOHO and related sales tools.

2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret data-driven reports.

3. BD process implementation / automation on ZOHO

4. ZOHO Automation/workflows, Development, and Administration

5. Worked on maximum modules of ZOHO and integrated other tools into it.
