Safeducate - Telecaller (1-3 yrs)
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Female Counselor to join our EdTech team. In this role, you will guide students and parents through their educational journey, helping them make informed decisions about our offerings. As a key member of our counseling team, you will act as a bridge between students' aspirations and their academic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents about course, program, and career opportunities via phone, email, and in-person sessions.
- Lead Generation & Conversion.
- Maintain follow-ups to ensure enrollment and a smooth onboarding process.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve enrollment targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in counseling, preferably in the EdTech industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Empathy and patience while dealing with students and parents.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
