Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to secure Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds for the project.
- Identify and engage potential donors, sponsors, and partners to support the project's objectives.
- Meet with clients, donors, and stakeholders alongside the founder and business head to present the project's vision and progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing support and collaboration.
- Create and manage proposals, presentations, and reports to effectively communicate the project's impact and goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and coordination of fundraising efforts.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising strategies and make necessary adjustments to achieve targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, fundraising, or a similar role within the nonprofit sector.
- Strong understanding of CSR and its importance in driving social impact initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Passion for gender equality and women's empowerment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with NGOs or social impact projects.
- Established network of contacts in the CSR and nonprofit sectors.
- Advanced degree in a related field.
