Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (Mid-level)

Location: Safaltek Software Pvt. Ltd. - Sec-67, Netsmartz Square, Mohali

Years of Experience: 2-3 Year of Experience as a Technical Support

Skill Sets:

- Demonstrated experience with Helpdesk/ Desktop Support/ Technical Support within an enterprise environment.

- Extensive experience working with PC software/hardware, networking devices, Windows OS

- Exposure to networking technology (Networking hardware, TCP/IP, LAN and WAN).

- The ability to read, write, and speak business level English

- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills

- Flexible coverage schedule to accommodate occasional evening, weekend work (time off in lieu).

Technical Expertise: SQL, and IIS knowledge, Good to have ITIL V4 Foundation, SQL certification.

Specific Requirements: Immediate Joiner.

Relevant Experience:

- 2-3 Year of Technical Support Experience / Product Support preferable.

- No. of concurrent projects (Man months)

Responsibility:

- Flexibly support internal and external customer technical needs to resolution.

- Troubleshoot technical issues (desktop, network connectivity, etc.) both in the customer's environment as well as remotely.

- Deliver an extraordinary level of customer service under pressure, whilst maintaining focus on solving the issue

- Accurately detail fixing steps and resolutions using our proprietary ticketing system

- Continuous learning to keep yourself upgraded to latest technological skills in respective technology stack.
