Requirements:
Seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Website Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our company's social media presence and website, creating engaging content, and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads utilizing SEO.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and update the company's website with fresh content, including product/service information, blogs, and news.
2. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
3. Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and other digital channels.
4. Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, and respond promptly to inquiries and comments.
5. Analyze social media and website metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content and strategies accordingly.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance our digital presence.
7. Work closely with designers, developers, and content creators to ensure a consistent brand voice and user experience across all digital channels.
8. Assist in the development of marketing collateral and promotional materials as needed.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in related field.
2. 3-4 years of experience in managing social media accounts and websites, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences and channels.
5. Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive strategic decisions.
7. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
