Sabse Sasta Dukaan - Manager - Sales & Customer Service (5-10 yrs)
Job Purpose :
We are looking for a Manager in the sales and customer service team to develop and implement best sales and customer service methods and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Conduct staff performance reviews, assess needs, cost/benefit analysis and other operational strategy assessments.
2. Establish a high standard for productivity, quality, customer service as well as define user guidelines.
3. Develop new processes for customer interaction and voice response.
4. Manage and improve center performance through performance monitoring, problem resolution, system audits and quality assurance measures.
5. Prepare annual budget after estimating necessities, correcting overspending, analyzing cost variance and scheduling expenses.
6. Summarize, collect and analyze call center trends and data for regular performance reports.
7. Oversee system maintenance and upgrade implementation.
8. Maintain consistent professional improvement through company provided workshops, tracking call center trends and active participation in team projects.
Education and Work Experience Requirements :
1. Bachelor's Degree
2. 5+ years of managerial experience
3. Customer service experience preferred
4. 5+ years of call center experience preferred
