Roles and Responsibilities :
- Create a framework to drive SEO best practices, audit performance, identify issues and analyze impact external changes (eg. search engine algorithm, competitor)
- Create and Implement link building campaigns in coordination with our SEO & business goals (Need On hand experience with Guest Blogging, SBM, Directories, Article Submission, etc)
- Use SEM (Adwords, Facebook/ LinkedIn Ads etc.) and SEO (Google ranking, Quora, Backlinks and Blog etc.) to increase brand visibility & achieve business objectives.
- Have up-to-date knowledge about Facebook's Ads Manager, Linkedin Campaign Manager, Google AdWords, and any emerging ad platforms on social media.
- Create, manage and optimize campaigns across all digital channels including Google AdWords, Keyword tools, Google Analytics, FB Ads/Business Manager, YouTube Ads, DV360, Affiliates, SMS, Whatsapp, Email, etc.

- Campaign setup, management and optimization including A/B testing of targeting, landing pages and more to ensure revenue maximisation and cost minimization Innovate and lead new campaign ideas
- Lead funnel building initiatives, user acquisition, conversion & retention of users
- Drive and track KPIs like revenue, conversions, CPA, CPI, etc. on daily basis and create performance reports
- Regularly optimize campaigns to continuously improve ROAS from the campaign
- Revenue, CAC and LTV analysis and leverage data to optimise paid funnel to maximise revenue and Revenue/Cost
- Good knowledge of bid management and website analytics tools
- Experience in using Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Hands-on experience on using GA, Omniture, Appsflyer and equivalent analytics tools
