JOB BRIEF
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to contribute to our company's goals. Your responsibilities includes supervising the sales team and building long-term client relationships.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING ON A REGULAR BASIS (RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Work as individual team member to achieve overall sales targets for the company.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer/partner accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers/partners.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR (REQUIREMENTS)
- Overall experience of minimum 3+ years in software solution selling.
- 1+ years' experience in selling and managing E-Governance solutions will be highly preferable.
- Experience of creating and managing channel sales.
- Experience in working with Banks as channel partner will be highly preferable.
- Experience in creating and managing a high-performance sales team.
- Experience in setting up process, Standard Operating Procedures and continuous performance appraisal through relevant metrics.
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Availability to travel all over the assigned territory.
- Degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
Language preference - English, Hindi and one local language.
