SabPaisa - Executive - Client Onboarding & Integration (0-2 yrs)
Job Description-
- Be a first point of contact after business development team brings any new client.
- Understand client's requirements and provide appropriate offerings of the company.
- Review agreement. Do tight checks of KYC document, wherever necessary.
- Integrate clients to appropriate systems and portals and banks.
- Coordinate with internal teams. Do necessary follow-ups with technology team for development (if any) and UATs.
- Provide testing environment for clients.
- Handhold client till it is made live and handed over to operations team.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Any Graduates, with or without experience. BSc IT/ BCA will be preferred.
- Good Communication skills In English and Hindi - written and verbal
- Good listening and understanding skills
- Good documentation skills.
- Computer Savvy, Ability to multitask.
- Ability to handle difficult customers and deadline.
