SabPaisa - Executive - Account Management (0-2 yrs)
Job Description:
- End to end management and handholding of designated clients.
- Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Manage troubleshoot, give effective solutions, provide information & reports and improve customer satisfaction.
- Proactively understand client's requirements (including new requirements) and generate business leads. Nurture them to be Key Account.
- Coordinate with internal teams and follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
- Identify urgent situations and escalate issues appropriately.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Any Graduates with or without experience, earlier customer care experience is additional advantage.
- Good Communication skills In English and Hindi - written and verbal
- Good listening skills and active problem-solving skills
- Computer Savvy, Ability to multitask.
- Ability to handle pressure
