Sabhya Technologies - Business Development Role (1-2 yrs)

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to help shape our journey in marketing, sales, business development, and branding.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing & Branding :
- Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote the platform.
- Develop engaging content for blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Strengthen the brand presence by collaborating on innovative branding strategies.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
2. Sales :
- Design and implement sales strategies tailored to different customer segments.
- Engage with customers to build relationships and drive product adoption.
- Contribute to sales target achievement by identifying and approaching potential leads.
3. Business Development:
- Identify and engage with potential business partners, collaborators, and clients.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
- Research and explore new opportunities to drive business growth and revenue.
4. Market Research:
- Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, competition, and customer behavior.
- Provide insights to refine product positioning and optimize sales strategies.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Support cross-functional teams and business priorities by adapting to various roles.
- Work closely with leadership to tackle unique challenges and execute high-impact projects.
Qualifications:
We're looking for a highly driven individual ready to thrive in a startup-like environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or branding (startup experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media platforms is an advantage.
- Interest in healthcare, AI, or tech-driven products is highly desirable.
