SaaS Growth Advisory - Product Marketing Role (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for smart, dynamic marketers with a knack for conducting data-driven experiments to work with us as Full-time members, consultants or interns, and deliver product marketing to our customers.
Responsibilities :
Broadly, the responsibilities are going to be bucketed in two parts - Client-facing and Internal team-facing.
Client-facing :
1. Strategizing growth - Conducting preliminary research on existing marketing strategy of the organizations, their competitors and the markets they are targeting.
2. Identifying gaps in the current growth process - broken funnel, generic customer journey, poor landing pages, low ad relevance etc.
3. Developing an intricate growth plan, backed by nimble, measurable experiments, along with KPI, reporting framework etc.
4. Identifying avenues of growth experiments on customer acquisition channels and fixing current gaps in the acquisition processes
5. Leveraging primary and secondary research to support experimentation thesis with appropriate data points
6. Executing growth experiments - Developing a rollout plan for the engagement
7. Interfacing with organization's internal team, recording their feedback on the plan and getting them on board with it
8. Executing experiments on growth channels - advanced STP, set up of SEM, optimization of SEM, technical SEO, development of a seamless marketing automation stack, set up of collateral management/LMS, outbound marketing, ABM, omnichannel growth, set up of inside sales, set up of product usage analytics, data integration etc.
9. Daily/Weekly Reporting of key metrics - preparing sprints, handling scrum and ensuring proper communication with clients
Internal team facing :
1. Pre-sales support - Advanced research on the growth strategy of leads acquired through inbound/outbound/referral channels.
2. Repurposing the research and developing highly customized pitches for sales development. Development of decks, articles, frameworks, research docs etc. necessary documents to develop quality decks
3. Pipeline management - Development & maintenance of internal CRM pipeline
4. Ensuring timely follow-ups and all things pre-sales to be handled with utmost care
